Taken from the bridge that joins Newport to Goat Island, raising my camera above the line of Chinese fishermen. This light is located at the northern end of Goat Island and shines a continuous green light. It was constructed in 1842.We had hoped to do a "Ten Lighthouse Tour of Newport Harbor" but due to the inclement weather and lack of take-up, the company cancelled the sailing.
